Position Requirements: Program clinical supervisor must be a licensed mental health professional with knowledge and training regarding mental health services, youth support needs, psychotherapy, and behavioral interventions. Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Practitioner qualified to provide supervision in Montana to in-training mental health therapists. Previous experience as a supervisor is preferred.

Clinical Supervisor will work as part of a mental health program leadership team for a dynamic and innovative organization to provide clinical supervision and support to mental health therapists and behavior consultants in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley. Duties will also include implementation of quality assurance programs, mental health training for school staff and direct services to clients as needed. Duties could also include work to diversify agency mental health services.
Competitive Salary – depends on experience and FTE
Full time equivalent (FTE) rage of .6 – 1.0 is negotiable.
