Experience and Education
Requires a minimum of a master’s degree in a field that has resulted in licensure as a Psychologist, Advance Practice Registered Nurse, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or MFW. If not currently licensed in Montana, must be so licensed within 45 days of hire;
Preference will be given to those who also possess a MPH, MBA, or similar degree coupled with a strong business acumen,
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in program management, clinical, and operational leadership, and solidly demonstrated management skills is required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Background in trauma informed, two generation, attachment-based approach to parenting, youth development, early childhood, and strength-based approaches are required qualities;
Recent experience in a nonprofit environment is required;
Must have confident application of continuous Quality Improvement/Performance Improvement philosophy and the ability to develop program strategy;
A sincere attitude of teamwork, with a track record of deep collaboration and the ability to develop trusted relationships with internal and external partners;
A valid driver’s license, satisfactory background check and a health statement are required for all employees at Florence Crittenton.

The Director of Clinical & Residential Services is responsible for the strategic oversight and implementation of services of the Clinical and Residential departments at Florence Crittenton Family Services (FCFS). The Director provides leadership and clinical supervision to ensure consistent, high-quality services with a demonstrated two-generation and trauma-informed approach to serving young families. The position will require clinical, administrative, and strategic skills at a very high level. In collaboration with the Executive Staff and board, the Director determines clinical philosophies and goals and strategies to meet those goals that serve the mission, vision, and philosophy of Florence Crittenton. The Director is a critical influencer within the organizational culture and provides leadership and mentorship to all program staff through exemplary individual conduct and values.
