Description:
Salary: $18.00 per hour, nonexempt
Hours: 30-40 per week – Must be able to respond to inquiries on a regular basis.
Supervision: Clinical Services Program Manager
Works with: Residential and Community Services
External: Referring agencies, clients, referring family members, federal agencies.
The Admissions & Data Coordinator will act as the first line of support for inquiries seeking services and support as well as serving as a liaison between referral and potential clients and program staff, determining best fit of potential client in programs, managing paperwork and in-take requirements. This person will determine appropriate funding sources for clients based on their specific circumstances and FC contracts, insurance, as well as maintain accurate data, track outcomes, and pull data reports and perform basic medical billing tasks as needed. They will provide those seeking services with options for support; both within Florence Crittenton programs and in their communities, as well as provide families with options for the best care for their children and referring agencies, with support in navigating the referral systems.
THE POSITION
*Acts as the first line of communication between referring partners and FCFS;
*Serves as hub for FCFS services, helping potential clients and referral sources identify services within FCFS, ensuring integration of
internal services (residential and community based);
*Manages all referral, inquiry, and admissions calls, responding within 24 hours;
*Provides support, information, guidance, and resources to calls seeking information regarding services;
*Works with Clinical team regarding placement, admissions, and intake processes;
*Matches client needs with potential funding sources and communicates with referral sources to expedite admission;
*Maintains database and data collection;
*Performs detailed data entry and reports;
*Maintains files;
*Works with Marketing Director to communicate openings and program information to referral sources.
