Position Requirements: Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Social Work or related counseling field from an accredited university, and two (2) years’ experience in co-occurring treatment programs. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Must possess LCSW or LCPC or PhD licensure in the state of Montana.
Current CPR certification and MANDT training preferred or must have the ability to be certified and attend mandatory training as provided.
Demonstrated knowledge of fundamentals of co-occurring treatment with adolescents and adults.
Proven experience utilizing stage of change treatment interventions.
Possess knowledge of cultural, ethnic, social, historical and spiritual issues relevant to the provision of mental health treatment preferred.
Proven ability to take initiative and work under pressure.

A therapist who believes in integrated behavioral health and innovative and collaborative strategies.
Pathways is a 40 bed in patient acute care facility that treats adolescent and adults in psychiatric crisis and medically necessary detox. Pathways has a multidisciplinary team environment.
LCPC or LCSW Coordinates psychosocial services (individual, family, and group therapy sessions) under the general direction of the Clinical Supervisor. Responsible for implementing treatment plans, assessments and discharge planning while assessing problems and determining appropriate levels and methods of intervention.
